Well if it's ulnar entrapment you can live with that just maybe a visit to physiotherapist wouldn't kill you. My dad is one and he told me that it's common for carpal tunnel or cubital syndromes to get better after a month or so of rehab. I already ordered ashtray tele bridge and just needs some sanding so the strings go behind it to the tremolo like this one picrel
I don't like tremolos in general like on stratocaster and Floyd rose tremolos but I once tried a telecaster bigsby tremolo and it was just beautiful bc it's so gentle and bluesy. It's not something you solo and smash on but gently waggle it back and forth while rhythming
