I believe it. I remember going to a Burger King in Memphis that had a fucking security guard with a gun. 4 of the windows were shot out and the guard had to chase 2 people out of the building while I was there. Y*nks don’t realize how good they have it.

I meant within the state, not directly by Baltimore. The black neighborhoods in small towns in Kent County are quite safe.
