Show me what kind of house 50,000 USD buys in your country. If you're willing to live in the countryside, you can get a house like this for that kind of money here.

Fuck off I saw your bait in the other thread stop trying to trick people that housing is affordable when it isn't you NEET bastard

It's probably in malmo.
no thanks sven, I don't want to live in a muslim sharia city.

It is perfectly affordable. There are literally thousand and thousands of affordable high quality homes dotted all over Sweden.
>It's probably in malmo.
Way off. Also, housing prices in Malmö are very high. It's actually a very high quality place to live. You'd have to pay 10x as much to get such a house in Malmö, at least:

zillow.com/homedetails/53105-Sunrise-Ct-La-Pine-OR-97739/71442890_zpid/

$499,900

4 beds. 3 baths
2,736 sq ft

50 thousand, not 500 thousand.

no fucking way
a house in that condition even with literally 10 meters of land in every direction from it would cost more if it's within 1 hour drive from a city

of course you have to build a fence and install cameras all around it, shit looks not secure as fuck

This is Sweden.

even more reasons for building a fence and installing the cameras.

No, it's actually the opposite. And especially so in the countryside lol.

> niggers and arabs aren't in the countryside
yet.
buying a house is an investment
price and security would both go down, stupid move buying a wood and glass deathtrap in Sweden in 2019

You're really quite insane.

looking for the best option for 45k EUR in Madrid province.

I wasn't counting vacation homes (everyone has one of those in Sweden btw, they're even cheaper). Only permanent residences.

Like I said before, there are plenty of jobs in these places. Not enough for everyone who wants to live there to get a job, because if everyone who wanted to live there did move there, then you'd have a city. So yeah.

needs renovation

There are houses like this in no man's land for the same price, but nobody wants to live in those so they are never bought.

57k
Looks like it should be renovated on the inside because it did not look modern.

I could easily make 10k a month on that renting out the rooms to UiT students.

10k nok you mean?

I could cram in at least 15 guys there, taking 5000 nok a month.

You can get mobile homes for 50k or less, but the catch is that you don't own the land and have to pay fees. It's not a bad deal really. I have one and it's basically the same as living in a condo except it is detached and I have a nice yard.

Any traditional houses that cost so little are in need of extensive renovation, or they are being sold for the land and will be likely be demolished. And I'm talking about affordable areas, you will NOT find any house for 50k in places like Toronto or Hong Couver, not even teardowns.

15 people? They would then live too small to ever pay 5000kr. Are UiT students that stupid?

Here is the view. Not so bad for 57k, if you're willing to renovate it a bit.

Good luck with that, m8. I've been there and it seems like a good idea in theory, but you underestimate how difficult tenants in general and students in particular are to deal with. It's bad enough to have one group of people renting the entire place on one lease, but if you are planning on renting out the rooms individually I guarantee that it will turn into the worst kind of shit show real fast.

You even get a shed

Nothing.

An average commieblock apartment costs around $200000 in SGD, so $300000 in USD.

Houses like in that pic don't exist, and if it did, it'd be in the millions.

Guess i'm moving to Scandinavia now.
