The fuck are you on about "I have coins from the fork". Not every fork is a continuation from the previous chain.
In fact, this is exactly why MSR is unique, it is a new chain, and it has had homogenous RingCT from the beginning, meaning very technically it's more private than Monero, since no outputs from the past can be analysed like can be in Monero. This is semantic, but true.

miners can get rewards for finding the next block around the same time as the one that found the block first instead of being thrown to the streets (orphaned)
so the valid block is one with the most validation (uncles) behind it, not the one with the one that found the block in the first place (dads)
