Besides, most western euros don't work manufacturing jobs anyway. But a lot of the service and intellectual work economy will keep getting automated, thus reducing their ability to find work. If anything there will probably still be mechanics on a factory floor after nobody can find work as an engineer, architect, waiter or web developer.
