Who gives a shit if they are "assimilated" genetically (in reality diluting the gene pool). They aren't being assimilated culturally. Modern day american culture is that "urban culture" thing, which is basically negro culture. Look at modern american music, clothes, stereotypes, look at how the USA has to change its education, healthcare, laws, to accommodate these people?
Its not assimilation if you have to change your whole country and culture to fit these other people. Thats the opposite of assimilation.

I'm kinda envious of mobile development agencies. Look at the biggest ones in eastern europe, most of them are in kiev, moscow, st petes, etc. They have $150-300M total spread between projects. I'm sure they pay their developers peanuts for western standards.
