They're kind of rural, desu. Lots of redneckery, but pretty lawless and fun.
You could drive deep into the forest with no one around for miles, shoot a pig (finding one is quite easy), and the place is so empty that no one can even pinpoint where the shot was coming from. Then you process the pig and self half of it to local restaurants and save the other half to eat.
I've only been there once or twice, but the few weeks I was there, I ended up having a lot of fun just runnin' around, being all free and shiet.
