What do you like/find interesting/hate about Filipinos, Jow Forums?

Like: Fun people to hang around
Hate: Their excessive nationalism

It's that nationalism and anger at the status quo that got based Duterte elected

I like sinigang soup. A lot of Filipinos seem to be skilled musicians or singers. Or medical professionals. Filipinos seem to adapt to a lot of different situations and environments without a lot of trouble.

But this can be a problem, too. Filipinos also "adapt" to negative things like gang culture. Sometimes there seems to be a lack of ambition.

This, I fucking hate gang culture. Out of all the filipinos my age I only know a handful who don't follow it. It's good to adapt but be picky on what it is first.
