USA would neutralize the Western hemisphere fairly quickly and then be able to assist with the Chinese zerg rushers. Japan/Korea themselves have been well equipped and armed to deal with the Chinese threat.

Blue would steamroll North/South America and Europe within a month or 2. In that time Japan, India and maybe Australia could hold onto their lands whilst they waited for American, French, British, Polish and Italian forces. Obviously most blue literal who nations in Asia would fall asap. Africa looks very likely to go to the reds in that time.
But once the euro and american forces focused on african and the turkish/russian fronts (which I believe they would win, especially quick in africa) then they would move onto the chinese, indonesian, DRPK and pakistani forces in asia where they would likely still be dealing with the india and japanese forces.

All in all I can imagine a scenario where blue lost unless dramatic battles occurred but I believe Asia would be a very hard challenge
