We don't really have many passenger trains besides subway here, all the trains are hundreds of cars long filled with ore, oil and grain going to the ports

There is one rail line that runs through my town, it's not much to write home about, just a big long metal snake that blocks traffic for 10 minutes at a time

I have always lived within several kilometers/miles of 5-6 active rail lines, and I've never lived more than 500 meters/yards from at least one of them.
