its certainly not the worst idea. especially w how legislation is being passed (in communist states like cali) which makes it MUCH easier to pass along the disease w out any sort of repercussions. combine that w the general state of degeneracy and hook-up apps, and we got a perfect storm for a serious HIV epidemic within the next few years/decades
