BAT bagholders seem to think that all the advertisers in the world will buy ads through their ad network. This will not happen for many reasons that I won't go through now. The other issues is that money is concentrated and not distributed evenly. In digital advertising, around 80% of the money goes through Google and Facebook while leaving the rest to fight for scraps. BAT will compete in the scraps tier not in the Google and Facebook tier.
That's what happens in most industries. 80-90% of the money goes through 1-2 players while rest fight for 10% or even 1% of the marketshare.
