No, except for the gook wife
that's nothing but resignation sir
See that flag? Stay the fuck out, paddy boy.
Eliza is a better choice for you provided you have enough heroin.
it seems quiet there, away from blacks and probaly has cheap land. the island looks amazing, it reminds me of the canaries, but nicer and lacks niggers
Is Ireland not good enough?
why would you post GDP per capita?
most of that money is with multinationals, it rarely goes to irish people, the reason why the gdp is so high is because companies like apple launder money though ireland, they do hire people, but not as much as they would in mainland europe
You're not cut out for that kind of life soiboi urbanite
Ascension Island is tiny. How much farmland do they have there?
not much, i would like to do niche or specialist farming, i could probally find cheap land.
They have a beautiful crest desu
who doesn't love turtles?
Ascension Island doesn't seem all that appealing. It would be far better to try farming in the northern regions of Japan instead, they need good farmers as everyone is still abandoning the countryside. Plus, it would be easier for you to get your Asian wife. It would be pretty much what I would have done 15 years ago if I were not so royally fucked up. The only problem is you would be the immigrant.
Immigrants ruin countries?
whats the best way to buy land there?, is it hard to buy there?
I remember an article not so long ago about how some local governments were giving away abandoned houses and land for free on the condition that the new owners improve and use the land. There are no *legal*restrictions on foreigners buying land, but you ideally should have residency in order to stay there more than 90 days.
maybe settling down there with a japanese girl would be great, only trouble is i would need to be farming a niche crop to be able to afford to live. i could use a spousal visa if i ever meet a japanese girl when i go there for work.
You have to learn how to speak 日本語 first
im actually learning it, when i graduate college i want to work there for a while.
>i would need to be farming a niche crop to be able to afford to live.
Not really. For example, cheese is quite expensive over there and come in small quantities, despite apparently being popular in the lactose-intolerant country. So you can bring a bunch of Jerseys over and undercut the market. Potatoes could a valuable crop in Japan. Just bear in mind that Japan's seasons are a lot more extreme than here, especially in the north.
Then go as an english teacher for a few years, I'm sure they will like you are you will be one of the few foreigners that wants to be outside the Taiheiyo Belt. Explore the area and talk to the locals and decide whether it suits you or not.
I’m actually learning French for pretty much the same reason. I want to be able to own my own vineyard in southern France that spans over the foothills of the Pyrenees mountains
i wonder if thanks to the eu trade deal cheese will get cheaper?. i see, maybe i should go to a rural area to get connections, maybe meet a girl who i can marry. i might get my funding from working in the it industry.
i see, thats nice, france is supposed to be beautiful, but there is a lot of regulations and the economy isnt doing that well.
Are you rich enough?
>i wonder if thanks to the eu trade deal cheese will get cheaper?
Forgot all about that, maybe it will, but Japan does have a proud "made in Japan" culture.
>i might get my funding from working in the it industry.
You will need a LOT of money. I had assumed you were learning something about agriculture here in an agricultural college. Japan's farming can be quite intensive, so you should look into that as well. You may even be able to combine IT and farming and have a modern farm.

Maybe not Ascension Island specifically
I'd rather live on Saint Helena. Only 800 people for 500+ miles I feel like would be locking myself in a cage rather than the other way around
Maybe Stewart Island in New Zealand. 300 people on a big, wild island, but you can take a boat to a 50k person town 20 miles away if you need some civilization
Or just be part of some new subantarctic colony that are bound to exist this century, lots of uninhabited islands that are already Iceland-tier in climate and getting warmer every year
good ideas, my family run a cattle farm, y aunt actually married a dairy farmer, i could ask his family about dairy and the milk industry, of course its different in japan. i would like to run an advanced productive farm, i want to apply my it skills to my job.
i see, st Helena and Falklands sounds nice too, but ascension is an amazing place
