Neighbors are salty because of the stench. Can't blame them

Attached: 20190224_132105.jpg (4608x2592, 2.93M)

What's the stench from?

Hard liquor and rape

Neighbors below me flush diapers and used pads down the toliet, clogging up the pipes.

Main ingredients are ready. Yeast is in the milk.

>Neighbors below me flush diapers and used pads down the toliet, clogging up the pipes.
Sounds like a disaster waiting to happen.

so you guys have bagged milk? Do you feel canadian?

Very good thread
I will probably make pudding this week

It is. I got an insurance just because of them.

It's hard to estimate 25g of butter with no scales.

Attached: 20190224_132620.jpg (4608x2592, 3.03M)

We have both bagged milk and carton milk. Bags are cheaper. They can be stored in these plastic cups.
Make sure to post it.

>It is. I got an insurance just because of them.
Smart move.

Checked.

Have to soften up the butter, it's frozen.

Attached: 20190224_132827.jpg (4608x2592, 3.28M)

Turkey fillet is diced coarsely.

Attached: 20190224_133425.jpg (4608x2592, 3.14M)

I love your posts, they're so wholesome

I don't have turkey seasoning, so I'll use the leftover meat seasoning. I hope it fits.

Attached: 20190224_134102.jpg (4608x2592, 3.76M)

don't think that will turn out well.

Turkey just needs butter, celery, carrots, salt, and pepper for seasoning

Thank you. By the way, I'm not the user from Yakutsk from before.

We'll see. I decided to add some garlic. I love garlic, it makes everything better.

Attached: 20190224_134328.jpg (4608x2592, 3.28M)

Nice bro

I've added some black pepper into the mix, like suggested. I don't like celery.

Attached: 20190224_134704.jpg (4608x2592, 3.33M)

HEY OP!!!

Attached: 1549603935775.jpg (464x466, 70K)

ffs why can't you turn your camera right side up?

should be fine honestly.
what's the white stuff in the glass bowl?

Sorry, I'll try to fix that

Attached: 20190224_135431.jpg (4608x2592, 3.03M)

That's mayonnaise.

In the meantime, the dough is ready.

Attached: 20190224_134525.jpg (4608x2592, 2.89M)

Where are you from?

Ah, i see.

I'm from Irkutsk. A bit to the west of Yakutsk.

Dough will rest in a warm comfy place.

Attached: 20190224_135536.jpg (4608x2592, 3.16M)

Nice

The table is shaky. It used to bump against the wall when you cut something or knead the dough. I've sticked these woolly things that usually are placed on furniture so it doesn't scrape the floor. Now the is no bumping, more calm for me and my neighbors. Nouse pollution is bad.

Attached: 20190224_135533.jpg (4608x2592, 2.67M)

Very considerate of you.

Tell me about baikal. I bet its a comfy lake

While the dough is rising and turkey is baking, we will make my favorite salad. I call it carrot salad, but some call it the Jewish salad. Carrots, cheese, garlic, mayonnaise. Some people add eggs too, I don't.

Attached: 20190224_140504.jpg (4608x2592, 3.45M)

It is comfy. We have lots of tourists from all over the world here. Even remote places, like Australia or Brazil. More and more every year, even in winter.

This is what is called here sausage cheese. It's cheese in a sausage form. The traditional one is cheap and low quality (still tastes good desu), but this one is more expensive. My tenant works for a dairy company, so I get good dairy products for cheap occasionally.

Attached: 20190224_140900.jpg (4608x2592, 3.1M)

The salad is ready. Quick and simple. I love it, it can turn any day into a special occasion for me. My mother used to make it when we celebrated something, and now I make it for myself and my friends.

>Carrots, cheese, garlic, mayonnaise

Attached: Screenshot_214.jpg (600x583, 50K)

what's the recipe? I would like to try it

what happened to mom

Comfy thread

Nothing. She's well, and she still makes this salad when the whole family gathers. I should've phrased it better.

Absolutely, cannot wait to see how this'll turn out. I hope our Russian fren will have a good time eating.

Attached: 1543463632770.jpg (720x720, 29K)

While there's nothing to do as we are waiting for the turkey and the dough, I'll show you the contents of my refrigerator.

Attached: 20190224_142843.jpg (4608x2592, 3.25M)

These russian threads are slowly becoming the main reason cool posters are browsing this board now
Your english is incredibly good, by the way

What's the brown thing in the bowl?
Looks like soy sauce.

>tfw not a comfy russian

Thanks, I appreciate that.
A couple of weeks ago, for my birthday, I decided to do some exotic cooking. I rolled a random country, using some online random country generator, to choose the national cuisine. Ended up with Peru. I'm not cruel enough to go to a pet store to buy a Guinea pig, so I've decided to make something out of affordable and available products.
Made a "causa" out of tuna, onion, and a weird mix of mashed potato and lemon, and picarones for the dessert. Something like donuts out of mashed potatoes and pumpkin. This brown thing is the cinnamon syrup that I cooked for the picarones. It's made out of cinnamon, cane sugar, orange juice, and allspice. Very exotic taste. I made too much of it by accident, so I store the leftovers in the refrigerator. Might use it with today's cinnamon buns.

Wow amazing.
Do you have a link to the site?

I love these threads, thanks for making them.

Peruvian picarones.
In other news, the turkey is already a bit brown.

Boris, is that you?

This is a really quality thread and I would like to thank you for that. Great read before bedtime, and it motivates me to try cooking stuff more often.
Your picarones look great. I hope you liked them, everyone loves them here

Thank you. This is my first one though. I'll make more in the future.

This is what Peruvian causa looks like. Very fancy. My friends were impressed. I bought culinary rings specifically for this dish.

Attached: IMG-20190224-WA0001.jpg (1280x853, 65K)

Thank you! It means a lot to me to receive commendations from a Peruvian. Picarones are top tier.

Looks better than my grandma's wtf
Did you use chilli for the potato/lime mixture?

Do you work as a chef or a restaurant?

Thanks. I used turmeric/curcuma. That's why it's so yellow.
Turkey is ready. I will eat it, and then start baking the buns.

Thanks!

One of the few good threads in a very, very long time in Jow Forums. Majority of times its just generals and daily Jow Forums threads. Thanks OP.

it looks like a tasty desert at first glance. then you look whats actually in it and it looks disgusting

Turkey with potatoes tasted good, but a bit bland. I should've seasoned it better.
It tastes pretty good, but I added too much lemon, so it was a bit too sour. Despite my adding less lemon than the recipe said.

The dough has risen!

Attached: 20190224_151012.jpg (4608x2592, 3.35M)

>it looks like a tasty desert
what gave you that idea? When I saw it, I didn't even thought that was a desert.

>then you look whats actually in it and it looks disgusting
Why?

Attached: sadhel.jpg (1024x962, 67K)

Don't feel bad, these are swedish "tacos". They aren't known to make decent food. By the way, I remember reading that out of all the latin american countries, mexicans and peruvians are usually the oens that make the most spicy food, is it true for peruvian food?

Attached: 1415855193962.jpg (600x450, 72K)

Let's use cane sugar. It fits with cinnamon colour-wise.

Attached: 20190224_151425.jpg (4608x2592, 3.09M)

there's a lot of deserts that have that shape. and it looks disgusting because it's like solid puke

First steps.

Add oil, sugar, cinnamon.

Attached: 20190224_152812.jpg (4608x2592, 3.35M)

Fold, make incisions.

Attached: 20190224_152857.jpg (4608x2592, 3.13M)

Now let's make a roll, like in the bakeries.

Attached: 20190224_153052.jpg (4608x2592, 2.97M)

Now we have four different bun shapes.

Attached: 20190224_153537.jpg (4608x2592, 2.96M)
