question Jow Forums. I can buy limited edition gold coins from a mint, should I? is it a good investment?
Buy for gold content as close to spot as possible. British sovereigns are one of my favorites that if you keep an eye out you can get very close to spot. Modern bullion with a high premium is generally money wasted. If you like the design fine but don't expect to get that back when you go to sell.
Fuck off, (((IRS))).
nice pasta
Just curious, how would pictures of gold be a problem? I'm pretty sure we're allowed to have gold.
Typed it out but alright.
Yea, there's nothing against owning gold long term. You've already paid sales tax. These guys are retarded. Only problem i could see with posting a pic online would be if you got doxxed and robbed.
>if you got doxxed and robbed.
Ding ding ding we have a winner
Because you don't want (((them))) knowing what youve got, and you know they're watching itt
Wait...did that really happen??? I don't remember learning about that.
What you think I shopped that? Google it. They did one for silver too. Shits fucked yo. There's is literally no way to stay safe
So what if someone had their entire life savings in gold? Were they given a fair market value for their gold, or did the government simply make them destitute just like that?
anyone smart enough to have their life savings in gold at that time was also smart enough to not tell the government shit about it
Yeah, probably. But I mean, did the government seriously expect that person to just hand over all that gold and be broke for the rest of their lives? That's just insane.
They promised that they would pay fair market value and that the value of gold would not increase. They either lied or were stupid. Either way, most people kept their shit.
My parents knew this old lady that died in like the early 80's and before she died, she told her granddaughter all the spots in her house where she had money hidden. She thought that she was only going to find a few hundred dollars or something and she ended up finding like 80k! People were smart enough not to trust banks back then. The only thing keeping crypto from taking off is the FDIC that's literally it.
im not going to show you my gold stockpile or whether i have or not you fucking glow in the dark niggers. Gold and silver= God's money.
>only thing keeping crypto from taking off is the FDIC
How about the technology still not having matured enough for mass adoption
CRYPTO IS GOLD 2.0, GRAMPS!
