jed confirmed lighthouse is their for-profit arm and they are who built StellarX.
when asked about Chain he denied SDF was purchasing but said there 'are other companies involved' and was basically 'no comment'. pretty much confirmed stellar is buying them somehow probably via Lighthouse but there may be other companies involved in the buyout
