I switched to vaping Nic salts and my lungs feel so much better. I'm 6 months off ciggies and being able to hike and run again feels great. I do keep a pack of loose tobacco which I roll one with occasionally while drunk, makes for a nice treat.

Yeah, sometimes I'd go without smoking for 2-3 days just because I didn't feel like making a special trip to the store to buy another pack but I never intended to actually quit like I do now. I think I've developed a tobacco allergy anyway because if I smoke pretty heavily (1-2 packs a day) for a few days then I just start feeling really sick and out of it, zero energy, eyes can't quite focus, I feel like sleeping all day, mouth and tongue feels swollen. That, and the fact that I'm 30 years old and feel incredibly out of shape all the time has motivated me to try and live a healthier lifestyle.

That's the plan. First things first I'm gonna quit smoking for a month or so and start stretching to try and get some flexibility back (I can't even come close to touching my toes if I lock my knees). Then there's a pretty good gym in town that focuses on weightlifting & powerlifting that I'm planning on joining. $25 per month, no contracts, open 24/7, lots of good trainers. My girlfriend and I are both planning on joining.

The daily volume says 0 for that. That's just high IV at open or market makers fucking with people. Saw the same shit with ALEX every morning for the first couple minutes and it's never done shit. Low volume behaviour is meaningless.

You just have to wait five trading days since you did your least recent day trade. If you did one the Friday before last you can do another one tomorrow. The 4th of July kind of fucks with you since that wasn't a trading day.

I must be ignorant or something but why can I not make a living/retire pretty easily within a decade or so by just trading using the ichimoku cloud + leverage? Been doing it the last month and am up 25%~ by being patient and intelligent in my entries exits and stoplosses. This is what is really happening, there is shit volume on OTM options. However there are still retards who want to buy them, So you sell it to them with a very high limit price.
The retard then places a market order for an option, since there is no volume it fills at the high ask and immediately drops to the bid again. This is why you never place market orders on options.
