Today we're going to dabble in New Zealandian cuisine. We're going to cook a casserole with zucchini, cheese, and tuna, and make meringue for pavlova that will be finished tomorrow.

First you peel a mid-sized zucchini. Shops don't sell those, so I bought four small ones. You're also supposed to disembowel them, but these ones are too small to even have significant seed cavities.

Grate it coarsely.

Put it in a sieve, salt it, and let it rest for 15-20 minutes to give off the juice.

Peel and chop an onion. Good for testosterone, but I'm crying.

Attached: 20190228_131556.jpg (3264x2448, 2.27M)

Simmer it until it is transparent and soft.

Attached: 20190228_132130.jpg (3264x2448, 1.9M)

Add finely chopped garlic and let it simmer for 30 more seconds, then take the pan off the heat.

Grate 120 grams of hard cheese.

Attached: 20190228_133136.jpg (3264x2448, 2.13M)

Open the cans of tuna, drain the liquid, then mash the fish with a fork.

Attached: 20190228_133550.jpg (3264x2448, 2.38M)

Break four eggs, add 125 ml of oil, salt, black pepper, then whip it.

No one's awake at this time except Asians and they post on other websites.

Press the juice out of zucchini, add it to the bowl with onion, garlic, tuna, and cheese.

Add 135 grams of flour, one teaspoon of baking powder, and mix everything together.

go on dude I'm here this is making me hungry

Put this thing in a preheated to 180°C oven for 40 minutes.
I'll make the meringue a bit later, because the window measurer is about to arrive.

It smells fantastic. I hope it's not raw inside. Window measurements are still ongoing.

Good thread

Comfy thread. Looks good

It's a bit raw inside, so I returned it in the oven. Even raw it tastes good.

Yum. I had McDonald's for dinner

Now we'll start making the meringue for a pavlova dessert. Had some difficulties tracking down such amounts of sugar powder and corn starch.

Good and respectable thread
/int needs more of these

Soon brothers, soon

Break six eggs and separate the whites from yolks. What do I do with the egg yolks? I don't want to throw them out, I don't like wasting food.

Pics are too heavy bro, I can’t load them with metro wi fi

Fry them

Fry it
make it like in V and vendetta

same, mcdonalds is fucking based
i can get 26 nuggets, medium fries a 0.5l coke delivered right here to my doorstep for like 8 bucks

Whisk them and just drink it raw

Sounds like what Jow Forums would've said.
Now I have to whisk the whites, then add 300 grams of sugar powder and keep whisking it.

Welcome back my Russian friend.

Based Russki is back!

Aleksei?

Definitely Aleksei.

uma delícia

Never done that before. The kitchen is a mess, my clothes and phone are in powder and whites.

Yes

Add 4 tsp of corn starch, vanillin, a tsp of lemon juice, mix it together.

I found out that I have no baking paper, so I'm going to go buy some.

Attached: 20190228_160938.jpg (3264x2448, 1.76M)

Looks unreal

The local shop had one roll left. Score!

Attached: 20190228_161239.jpg (3264x2448, 1.84M)

Lay the mix in a bowl shape. Or at least try to, like I did. Then put it in the preheated (120°C) oven for 1,5 metric hours. Then turn off the heat and let it rest for the night. Don't open the oven!

I'm on the edge of my seat

Attached: 20190228_161822.jpg (3264x2448, 1.52M)

While this """meringue""" is in the oven, I'll eat the casserole.

Attached: 20190228_162059.jpg (3264x2448, 2.23M)

Shouldn't you make it into smaller shapes instead of one giant lump of shit?

The recipe said to make a bowl with an indentation in the middle. That's where the cream and the fruits are supposed to go. Maybe I will be able to do something about that after it's done.

Pavlova is meringue pie, it's meant to be one big thing

Oh, damn. Not sure that's going to work out.

But anyway, thank you all for staying with me today, I hope I entertained you. I consider the casserole a success, it tastes great, and we will see how pavlova will turn out tomorrow.

make kogel mogel. mix it with sugar, cocoa and some lemon juice and whisk until it's very white and drink it.

don't forget to slap some kiwifruit on it

Good thread, eagerly awaiting the sequel

>Sounds like what Jow Forums would've said.
Nah, raw egg is terrible in terms of protein bioavailability.

Will do that. I placed the yolks into the refrigerator, have to cool them down first. I have some cocoa. Actually wanted to add it into the meringue, but forgot

I bought some kiwis for that specific reason.
