This is a fair, ethnic representation of how Europe should be:
On the west, Scotland, Wales, Cornwall are free indepedent states in Great Britain, alongside England. Ireland is reunited. Portugal is isolated as they are not ethnic Frenchs. Same for Sardinia and Sicile.
Mainland Europe is righfully led by France, and is reuniting all ethnic French people Under one banner. This Great European Empire is obviously administrated by semi-autononous smaller states. But the core and important decisions are taken in Paris, rightful great Capital of this European Empire.
In the West, the Baltic, Belarus, and Ukrainian states are French protectorates serves as rightful limits of Europe, alongside the independent state of Finland and the Caucasus Republic a Free State of Crimea as been created as well. Any countries over this realm are not European by definition.
