Not really, but you can grasp some words and sometimes understand the general meaning.
I can understand pretty much every single slavic language, but I have no clue what the fuck Polacks are saying, maybe recognize only a few words.

Not really. You can sometimes recognize a word or two and guess the rest of the sentence from the context, but anything more complex is gibberish. Especially when you're just listening in on a conversation and the other side isn't trying to be understood.

Like others in this thread have said, no. Some sentences are similar or even the same, for example niebo nad nami (the sky above us) has the same meaning in both languages and would be understood by their respective speakers, but that's about as far as it goes. Most words are different, and grammatical cases have evolved to be different over time as well. Some words that are present in both languages have even evolved to have different meanings, for example 'lyblu' in russian means to love, but 'lubię' in polish means to like.
