Today we are going to make pork stewed (braised?) in apple juice, and try to finish yesterday's pavlova.
Here's how the yesterday's casserole looks wity some fancy decorations.

Here are the main ingredients.

Attached: 20190301_162935.jpg (3264x2448, 2.65M)

You have to cut the meat quite coarsely. Preheat the pan.

Attached: 20190301_163506.jpg (3264x2448, 1.88M)

Put it on high heat until it's brown on all sides. Shouldn't take long.

It's fucking raw

Once it is done, add chopped onion, one-two tablespoons of soy sauce, and simmer it for 5-7 minutes.

You should make a blog or a youtube channel instead of wasting your content here.

mate are you frying in a pan without anything? Oo fat? oil? something?
also if you are making a stew you need to fry the onions separately till they turn glassy

>hmm lets see I want to be an instagram attention seeking whore who posts all his food there for people to see
>wait but I dont have an instagram and all my friends are on int
sageru

It's not done yet.
I put some oil on it. Also, I forgot to salt the meat.

Now remove the pan from the heat, add 1 tablespoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of dried garlic, black pepper, and red pepper. Mix it well.

Now pour 150ml of apple juice and put the pan on low heat for 40 minutes.

you just wana trigger hungarians, got it

I've already cooked this dish before, so I know that buckwheat is a great garnish for it. As far as I know, it's not very popular in the west, so you can use pasta or rice instead.

Put a cup of buckwheat and two cups of water in the muticooker, and just press start. What a wonderful kitchen tool!

Yesterday I made a meringue and left it in the oven overnight to cool down. It didn't keep its shape, but I think I should be able to salvage the situation. I chipped away a small piece of it - it's thoroughly and homogeneously baked. Tastes good.

First we have to make cream. Take 350 ml of fat cream (35%) and 4 teaspoons of sugar powder. And whip it. I'm using a bigger bowl to avoid yesterday's mistakes.

Not sure if it's supposed to look this way.

Why use processed supermarket shit? Your meals would be tastier if you used ingredients from local farmers. Also why not make your own apple juice for this, instead of using cartoned dog piss?

lol, im not sure either

I cut out the outer rim, breaking the whole thing in the process, then made a second layer out of it and filled the middle with cream. Doesn't look very pretty. Now to decorate it with fruits.
Cream and meat for these dishes are bought from farmers. Supermarkets sell only low fat cream.

And here's the end result. Bananas, kiwi, and Conference pears (aka best pears).

Great post, i love to see food cooking here

In the meantime, meat and buckwheat are ready. That'll be all for today!

Meat looks good! Should have maybe put some flour on it so it gets a bit of a crispy crust. How does it taste friend?

Looks nice

Thanks. It tastes great. It got stewed very thoroughly. I usually put flour when I fry meat, not stew it in liquid.

that looks good, user. thank you know im hungry :d

You think the crust would get dissolved? What are you gonna do next?

It won't dissolve? I'm just not very experienced in cooking, just trying new things. Will try this dish with crust sometime in the future then, thanks. I don't know what I'll do next. My vacation is over, so I will be able to make such threads more rarely. Probably will roll a random country again and pick a national dish.

are you one of the chinkoid russian posters?

Pls identify yourself, fren

I don't think it will, I know of some dishes with a similair process. The worst that will happen is that your sauce will be slightly thicker from the dissolved flour.
Is there some national cuisine that you particularly like? Other than your own of course.

My fondest food-related memories are about a soup that is served in a bread bowl (even with a bread lid) I ate in Germany, and a buffet in Cambodia. I like Georgian food. Still, I think I've tried too few national cuisines to form a definitive opinion. I'm trying to fix that.

We have something like that bread bowl too. Its goulash served in bread here, I actually ate some this year on my towns Christmas fair.

Nice. I have to cook goulash someday too.
