this map is interesting.
it appears that lions and drows are generally used for "oriental" races (arabs, finns, etc.), but interestingly also for eskimos and caribbeans iirc.
orcs seem to mainly be used for indo-european mutt races. it's striking that you used them for northern germans while swarthy southern germany gets to be fair elves, though.
lastly, it's interesting that all meds are "beast" type races.
one question though: will all blacks be drows, or was that only the caribbeans? it would make sense for bulky bantus to be orcs, but from the looks of it you've already established orcs as indo-europeans. lions would also make sense, but those are already used for orientals.
does your universe have hyenas? those would make sense for subsaharan africa. you said that you didn't want more races, but hyenas are nearly identical to the already existing beast races anyway. just add some spots or something.

I have thought about these. The species' habitat are mostly based on climates, drows tends to live in cold or hot places with lots of humidity, like snowy forrests or tropical islands. Lions can vary from grasslands/forrests to deserts. I should make a lore document to detail all these because it's gonna take too long to explain here.

All species can be any races, they all have colour and physical variations. Drows can go from pink to blue to gray, and wolves can go from gray to brown to red and so on.
