Key price is set up so even with an absurd amount of ETH in the contract, it would still be affordable.
How many people will give up on a chance to win 200+ ETH for the price of a lottery ticket? Just look at the number of people who play Powerball to see, then throw in the guarantee this is an immutable smart contract that will pay out as stated.
This shit will last months at a minimum, potentially years.
The absolute minimum floor of ETH flowing into the game is 1.5, and that's divs flowing to everyone holding keys.
While key supply will get so diluted over time anyone who gets in a few months from now won't break even in divs, there will be this lowest bound of people trying to win the pot as the timer closes to 0, no matter what.
It's more likely the round ends through a parabolic rise in ETH price than through its normal design. And frankly, I doubt we would mind the first scenario all that much.

Only, roughly 50% goes to this pot. The other 50% is distributed to the other key holders and a little to p3d (actually the dividend distribution depends on the team you choose: snek, bull, bear or whale).
