To be honest, you could live on a boat and stay close to the coast, going on land for supplies but sleeping on water. No boat lasts forever, though

My house is heated with firewood, I hunt and fish already and in the summer I grow vegetables and have a greenhouse.

No here in Lapland most of the food is Swedish. Importing is too expensive and roads are too poorly maintained for any sort of reliable import.
And a lot of people here hunt and fish, I have over 1 hour drive to the nearest grocery store, some people have even further distances. fixing your own food is popular.
Summers are warm (20-30C) so growing vegetables, potatoes and such is not that hard.
And no a greenhouse does not need electricity, it uses the natural heat of compost and sun.
My property is 6 hectares. Included in the price. It's a mix of pine woods, birch and grassland. A small lake as well.

Yep, I rent out about 3.6 hectares for the moose hunt season. Also deer and tons of reindeer passes through.
I also have a very angry owl living in a big pine.
There is a lot of bear and wolves in the area but I rarely see them. Also wolverines.

though I would try to make it up north where it's less crowded and you can find farms and stuff for survival

Population is around 100, I buy most of my stuff from local farmers, I have a garden and I could go hunting if I wanted to. Also for some reason this village has a pretty big hydroeletrical power plant so in terms of electricity it's 100% self succifient
