But the biggest minus to the home gym is that you can't really increase the weight and after going after 20 reps per set, there is no point of lifting that shit, it's a waste of time. It's like lifting a pen 100 times.

I was 72kg with a belly and even bigger legs and smaller arms, really your typical skinnyfat T-Rex. What I did is eat clean from day 1 (rice with chicken or pasta with steak basically), used to do cycling for 45min 2 times a week for the first 3 weeks (lifting 3 times a week), then cut the cardio and focused on going to the gym for 3-4 times a week, to avoid stalling I vary my exercises a lot, you really should do that it helps being less bored and I learned hitting the muscle in every angle is best for progressing. About bulking or cutting I did neither, i'm on a "clean bulk"

I really am 179cm (if I was lying I would just say i'm 180cm), and last time I weighed myself I was 68 or 69kg but that was 3 weeks ago maybe i'm 70+ now I don't really follow, I learned overthinking stuff, reading too much about stuff online and weighing yourself every day is bad for you, you have to feel your body and stop overthinking

well a tryhard cut is when you count your calories etc but I never did that I just followed my body, but you definitely need to do some cardio it helps your body a lot, it also helped me get in a better mood, I used to feel light and happy after a heavy cardio session. Cycling also targets your stomach btw

And as I said earlier you're overthinking everything, all you need to do as a noob is exercise and eat clean, if you want to know how much you need to eat it's simple you eat until you feel full. I do yes, I live above a gym so that's handy. Also a lot of heavy lifting at work.
I used to, but right now I have a work-related hernia so for the next two months all I can do is upper body isometric bullshit if anything at all. I plan on getting right back to it once I take enough time to heal from the surgery.
Sucks too because it's the one thing that (consistently) makes me feel like I'm moving forward in life.

What happened?
I work out but I'm in a wheelchair so I got my own routine. Can't train my legs or lower back so I focus on stomach, chest, arm and shoulders.
I play a lot of wheelchair racing so speed is a lot more important than just being big. I got 3rd in the county championship at 48 minutes average, winner took 1st with 46 minutes so I have a lot of training to do.
I wish I had a pull up bar, but I don't want to workout in my basement
