The only person I hate on this board is that American autist that spams Indo Pak news non-stop. I wouldn’t even bother if he was from Pakistan. To these diaspora, the only way they can connect to their homelands is by hating India/Pakistan. Because other than that, they have nothing to hold on as identity and are surrounded by people in real life who would hate them for being.....wait for it......Indian/Pakistani. While, indians and Pakis here get along in any way we can despite the differences, agreeing and disagreeing on things is absolutely normal. It doesn’t seem that way for these mentally ill people who pretty much believe what they see on the internet is real and think that Indians and Pakis would shoot and kill each other if they were left in a room together. It’s not even funny at this point, take that shit to Jow Forums or should get banned for being a board terrorist kek

Other than that, no, racial slurs here are a way of people venting out their frustrations on other people they won’t meet. I do it, other people it, people banter, people insult, I don’t have a problem with it all. Self deprecating humour is funny even I post stuff like that. But if you hate yourself that bad that you would call yourself a racial slur without any sort of irony, then you have mental issues.

This isn't true at all.
In fact I think the opposite is true, most Pakistani people here and most Indian people here identify very closely with each other.
The differences between India and Pakistan don't seem that significant on the other side of the planet, especially for diaspora like me and first gen immigrants from Pakistan.

I'm a proud Uncle Tom, so slurs don't bother me at all. I'm quite racist myself so I don't have a right to be offended.

no. growing up, I never knew what race was. I only learnt it from american media. Otherwise I would have still been ignorant about race. And after knowing more about the world and it's history, including how the concept of race came to be, I realized that race as people think of it is utter bullshit. So I really couldn't care less if I'm white or not.
That is not to say we don't have identities here in the middle east or don't differentiate ourselves, because we do. But we use ethnicity and to a lesser degeree religion. As in he is an arab, kurd, persian, turk, maronite, druze, etc...
So I am an arab and everyone who isn't an arab is an Ajam.

I don't really care about the racial slurs. I'll admit I'm really self hating though so I use some myself and only against my race(s) and I really dislike discussing race as it relates to me. I'm also a hypocrite in that I dislike the kind of race mixing that led to me. I fully admit that this is all pretty stupid.
