Personally I have a AMD rig. The rig in the pic looks solid tho. I would estimate maybe $4600 with 1070ti's.
Napkin Math:
1070 ti (8x) = $530 * 8 = $4240
Motherboard, Cpu, Risers, Powersupply, Frame = $400
~$4640

At .10 $/kwh your rig would cost anywhere from $1.50-2.50 per algorithm. So any more made per day is your profit. I attached estimated hashrates/break even costs for several algorithms.
