Nodes can stake an unlimited amount. There is no minimum, it just cuts you out of contention for certain high value jobs. So the most profitable nodes will be the ones with a lot of value worth of link to stake. This is a direct driver of demand for link tokens and a strong incentive to accumulate them early.
