i'm brazilian, the flag is fucky for some reason. There's a large jap community in my city, (iirc your princess visited us last year). So naturally i know many japs, studied with them and one of my closest friends was a jap. Pure breed, most of them. And yet i know by experience that they are not that smart. They are intelligent, mind you, but the weirdness of them outweights the slightly above-average iq by a huge margin

Nice. Euro-Japanese friendship must be fostered. Your country has developped thanks to western methods but we have always been fascinated by Japan, even before anime Japanese art style was very popular especially in France. It inspired Art Nouveau.
