To be honest this is unfair.
I mean free movement and working without visas is a great option especially for Poland. But It should be only this.
To get a possibility to welfare you have to be citizien.
And It will be great to make a test of official language before you get a possibility to life in other country.
For the example
me as a Pole want to live in France:
