USA introduces "Cost Plus 50" formula. It means that all countries where Americans have their bases will have to pay full price of American soldiers deployed, like salaries, maintance of hardware and so on + plus 50% of this cost which would be a revenue for the USA to waste its resources abroad. So if functioning of American bases in Germany cost 2 bln dollar annually, Germans will have to pay 3 bln dollar to USA now according to this formula or apply for free-of-charge Russian bases.
