Just lol at Hungary. Similar income as Romania but 5 times the price. When I lived there years ago it was 3 times. It is over.

Can anyone explain why mobile data, and broadband connections are so cheap in Ukraine/Romania?
They obviously have low wages and that lowers the cost, but I would have thought that internet price had a lot to do with infrastructure, and the cost of fiber, which isn't any cheaper there than the rest of Europe.
How is this explained?
