Why is Sweden a less developed country?

I've looked into it and several places says the same.

Hungary, Coratia, Romania and Bulgaria should definitely not be part of the EU.

Because we take care of the environment

Turkey is better and has a greater quality of life than most of Eastern Europe. This map is very approximative.

Have you been to sweden? It's like stepping into the Kongo

UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Oman are very rich.

So you are basically proving donald trump and others point here, that this global warming sham only does mess up your economy and development status.

Imagine how good Sweden would be if they began developing. I mean they got enough manpower to do it by now.

Sweden was first made orange on 25th 2018, prior to that is was blue. There are also no comments stating the reason for the change.

None of the images used in these article show Sweden as a developing country:

ok muhamed

I would assume, but not conclude, that it is because of their massive population growth caused by immigration, which makes their infrastructure, gdp growth etc become comparable to an african country

>Less developed: The bottom group in the hierarchy. Mainly countries and dependent areas with low levels of output, living standards, and technology; per capita GDPs are generally below $5,000 and often less than $1,500; however, the group also includes a number of countries with high per capita incomes, areas of advanced technology, and rapid rates of growth; includes the advanced developing countries, developing countries, low-income countries, middle-income countries, newly industrialized economies (NIEs), the South, Third World, and underdeveloped countries. Includes OECD and G-20 Industrial Nations members like Brazil, Mexico and Turkey, because the Russian editor who prepared this map misinterpreted the definition made by the IMF.
