Can't read or speak English as good as mother tongue

>Can't read or speak English as good as mother tongue
FUCK you anglos, your life is a LITERALLY easy mode. All books have been translated to your language and everyone has to try speak your language.

next time, conquer the world.
or have a massive economy.
at least not get enslaved

Please no. Finnish language is Chinese-tier hard

Recommend a good language for me to learn

I’d love to see everyone have a try at it. It’d be like trying to teach classical Latin to germ*noids.

romanian

French

It is a blessing to be sure. Too bad English one, since although I love my language it is a Frankenstein's monster of a language with inconsistent rules and grammar. But I'll be cold and in the ground before I accept gender nouns because they're fucking dumb, and no one will ever change my mind.
Apparently Finnish is one of the most "efficient" written languages, with the most most words/meanings per grapheme. Not sure how stringent your grammar requirements are.

Shut the fuck up limey

Chinese or French

>Too bad English one
haha who needs sleep? ;_;

Slovene

>tfw you had to manually learn your native language because of anglo meddling
However I'm glad I did because it makes me feel more attached to my native culture. The plight of Irish under British occupation (and post-independence) is regrettable, but I do recognise and appreciate the benefits of English being my first language.

Arabic, so you can communicate with your neighbors and the government

>with inconsistent rules and grammar
Spelling yes but grammar is fine.

Irish, considering how many Brits are applying for Irish passports.

I imagine there would be a pleb version of Finnish, like there was with Latin. Some complex things would get thrown out. Some would get altered.

Finnish is really a lot like Latin. It’s complicated, but can express a lot with few words – though that of course requires a skilled user. Compare Cicero’s latin to the vulgar Latin found in Pompeii.

On the flipside, we are destined to be monolingual brinlets. There's a trade off here Pekka

Funny how I just typed out almost the exact same thing.

>next time, conquer the world.
They would have, were it not for the Koreans.

This is true. It’s much easier learning your fourth language than learning your second one.

Why can't you?

Estonian

probably german or swedish

do anglos bully non native speakers when they see them

Yes, they bullied me because of my finnish accent

Americans are always very polite to esl (english secondary language) at least I am

the language barrier sucks but there is something wholesome about talking to someone who doesn't have a firm grasp on the language

I've never actually heard a Finnish person speak English. Does the Finnish accent really distort English when spoken?

I don't see any issues with accent there. While he may have lacked fluency, he was perfectly understandable. Some accents just really fuck up English, but I don't think any of the Nordic accents do that.

Not the same dude, posted it just because
>I've never actually heard a Finnish person speak English

Thanks Finnbro.

English.

Except they almost did, but that was in very ancient times. Far before our current civilization. We are currently living in the ruins of ancient finns

RARE

Sounds like a russian speaking English
Much better than Chinglish

listen, user, romanian is LITERALLY the MOST beautiful language on Earth. there's really no good reason to be learning other languages.
