Nobody's gonna vote for her other than the biggest SJWs there are. Keep in mind that district has a lot of strong traditional Irish Catholic neighborhoods, most predominantly South Boston, and while they tend to vote Democrat, they're still a little too conservative (and sane) to vote for a tranny as batshit insane and universally ridiculed as John Walker Flynt.

I can only speak for my country but most of the time people just vote for the party and don't really know an awful lot about the candidates on a local level
