They are Irish (as evidenced by the accent in the song) who are Protestants and loyalists to the UK

this song is actually a chuune hahaha
really digging it ngl

...

the british have like 50 different accents, how the fuck am I supposed to tell the difference between this and scottish?
If you go by "english loyalist" with the uk flag and

I'm pretty retarded when it comes to british culture but that is obviously irish

Literally no difference. Christianity is a desert religion no matter what sect it is

someone post that battle where papal soldiers surrendered to protestant anglos and got killed anyway

Catholics are weirdos you can't argue with that

Irl though noone dislikes catholics apart from the northern Irish, but it's not really a religion thing, just tribal

Unionists are inbred retards, just ignore them, everyone else in the country prefers to

>british song thread
might as well just put "cringe thread" in the OP

what the fuck is going on in northern ireland?
Is this behaviour common?

>why do Brits hate catholics so much?

Catholics have always been the provocateurs. Tarring, feathering, killing. Protestants have every reason to hate them.

...

Less common as time goes on. There's been religious strife for about 400 years, there's fanatics on both sides, like... the IRA

The reality is that really it's just a really big feud, both sides are scared of 'the other', a lot of the time for good reason. But since the peace process things have been getting a little better

>Brits
they're """""""""ulster-scots""""""""""" they're irishmen who are confused

It's the troubles, the origins go back centuries but the basics is people who identify as Irish vs Unionist, Irish nationalists are usually catholic and Unionists usually protestants. It's more political than religious though

he looks like a man who'd enjoy a few pints with his mates in a pub after (watching) a footy match
I wonder what his team would be
