Was planning to go to uni. Wasn't actually going to even if I had slept. I have barely been there since the start of the semester.

I do mindfulness. Focus on the breath then go back to it when you wander

it helped me a lot and at the end of it you can hold your breath for 2 to 3 mins after you let go, you get the best sensations ever.

when you meditate remember to breath in from your nose and breath out from your mouth.

instead of your chest, you expand your stomach as you breath from your nose, and push the air out with your stomach from your math. it releases pressure from your chest
