If not everyone has it then you don't have it. Companies are not required whatsoever to give their employees paid vacation, so you're lying once again.

When you forfeit your vacation time, the time counts as overtime work, so 2x what you'd be doing normally. Basically a free paycheck while continuing to work so you get paid on top of that free paycheck

I’m not lying. Companies aren’t federally required to, i’m not sure about state laws. But I’ve never heard of a company not giving full time employees paid leave. Companies want to remain competitive, so they have to offer benefits if they want to attract employees. I worked for 2 really shitty companies and both of them had paid leave. Even part time employees got paid leave at the 2nd one. It was a really shitty company too, terrible senior management.
