it dries your skin out, dries your hair out, if your using soap then it dries you out even fast, if shampoo then it dmgs your hair. I can't imagine people actually showering once a day, shits rediculous unless you actually stink like a dog everyday.

Just shower when you start to smell, no need to have a mantra about it. It's WAY healthier that way.
