the plan is 42. i'm 39

Vegans live longer than vegetarians.

>t. 30 yo lifelong vegan

prolly because fat people dont be vegatarians.

biased study.

anyway im 25 and wanna retire by 26 (but 30 realistically)

shame i fucked around until december

>Being deficient in fat and cholesterol is healthy for me

what are walnuts, almonds, and other nuts. Nutrient isn't your strong class.

23. I'm 22 with 1k links.

this is because vegetarians live pussy lifestyles and never exit their safespace under all circumstances. they smoke less, drink less and is generally a little bitch more.

it has nothing to do with eating vegetables. humans evolved eating meat during 100s of thousands of years, only a complete moron would think that we somehow benefit more from not eating the things we evolved eating.

I'm 34 I plan on retiring or at least being financially independent by age 50. So far I am on track. If I have a second kid though, then I might not be able to.

Bias. People who watch what they eat are generally more keen too keep good health. Meat isn't bad for you as long as it is not full with antibiotica ir heavy metals and you eat a considerate amount

you cant increase your body cholesterol from food.

So in order to have 1/5th better chance than the rest I have to sacrifice about 100% of my satisfaction I get from eating? GFY no one is meant to live forever.

30. I'm 18 years old with a 55k USD net worth, wealthy family, no expenses, will never have debt. I will easily retire by 30 with my plan. If you're forced to work and you're in your 30s you've done something wrong in my opinion.

>lower risk of death
>risk of death lower than 100%
so there's a chance you become immortal?

>mfw I'm 18 and will retire as an 18 yo as well thanks to my 20k link stack.

((studies))

35, worst case 40

if im still in the ratrace after that im ending it

t. 22 zoomer

no reason to really retire before 35-40
you will just feel weird and like you never fulfilled your potential. Take some time to fuck around in your twenties but I don't think you should retire that early
t. 24 yo "retired" that plans on starting a career instead

> If you're forced to work and you're in your 30s you've done something wrong in my opinion.

Like being born in a poor family and in debt ?
Stupid poor people man I swear fuck them

>Only consuming monounsaturated fats

Also avocados, coconut oil + mct oil, hemp oil

35, I'm 25 now. Running some profitable side projects and actually I'm not that rekt in crypto, up in BTC so that's fine.

Enjoy your low T

>no actual studies linked
>just a photoshop pic with some numbers typed in
sure buddy

What's it like being this retarded..?

I hope to retire at 50. I don't really want to retire before then because I want to work hard at a job where I know I am helping and improving the lives of others. That way I can live with purpose, and die knowing the world is better because of me. Retiring at 20 with crypto would be a wasted life.

152, with life lengthening technology ofc

T? Testosterone? Zinc my friend

There are more far vegans and vegetarians than you would expect. A lot of snacks is vegan and most fast food restaurants are offering vegan meals nowadays.

Shittiest boomer argument of them all, why don’t you eat roots and tree bark and shit if the caveman diet is so good? Also I’m vegan but drink excessively and smoke now and then.

I'm 28 this August. I'm hoping for retirement at 30 if we get another crypto golden bullrun since I set my holdings up pretty well from the last one. If crypto goes to 0 i'd realistically retire around age 50 assuming I keep up my max IRA contributions and the state is able to pay out a pension in 20-25 years

I'm hoping to be able to be able to work for about 40 hours/week or less with one month off a year and earn enough to sustain comfort for me, a wife, two kids and my parents. Hopefully I'll get there before 40. I'm 23 now

>never having looked up the variety of fatty acids these nuts actually contain
how do I short your capacity to not be a waste of oxygen
