Minnowfags ($100k–400k) report in. Post your portfolio allocations. General minnow discussion. >holding: ETH, HOT, USDT, ZIL, XMR, ADA, BTC, BCH, BITB, EOS in that order I'm looking into low caps but most of them are just trash now. Every coin runs an ICO and instantly becomes a mid-cap at this point. I guess we'll have to wait for the next real bull cycle to see the low cap phenomenon return.
>0.20% FUN This one is very interesting to me but it just seems dead in the water. No movement on the client announcement today...
>78.97% NEO Why?
Camden Robinson
Neo outperformed everything since buying at Antshares, so it ended up taking a majority of portfolio
Ryder Myers
Ah, makes sense. Are you planning on rebalancing at any point?
Owen Perry
Not until Neo is worth at least 500, have held long enough for low cap gains tax and gas staking is a nice passive income
Hudson Cox
Any particular reason for the small stake in FUN and the other smaller positions you have?
Daniel Perry
Fun was mostly a mistake, most expensive coin bought at $0.17 since they seemed close to casino partnerships. Will continue to hold in the off chance it ends up going to $1
Jose Taylor
>Fun was mostly a mistake lol, got it
Why aren't you holding any other platform tokens? Are you simply very confident in Neo? What about that there blockchain halt?
Austin Barnes
Accumulating SHL/PRL as they have the good potential and PRL having a very disruptive product. And Link because Jow Forums seems to believe in it. The idea of Link (if pulled off with first mover advantage) will yield a nice return. Ark is the other platform play that has lots of promise but is also high-risk/high-reward. I’m confident in Neo since it is one of the few legitimate blockchains in Asia that stands a chance of success, has a solid CEO, and is geared towards viability in that market.
Thomas Miller
Thank you for your thoughts. What makes you think PRL has good potential? Honestly, it seems like smoke and mirrors and basically just another soon-to-be-forgotten alt to me.
Luke Jackson
24k+ Ark and 100k+ SHL are the other two platform plays just to give a perspective of how large the Neo stake is percentage wise.
Decentralized storage is incredibly powerful and when looking at potential competitors (Siacoin, Storj, etc) it is much smaller while also being very capable (250mb upcoming storage, up from 5mb). This will make it incredibly lucrative as it’s peg ratio to storage is currently undervalued, while it’s relative token supply is similar to that of Neo/Ark. I can see PRL being a serious competitor to AWS S3-based storage APIs due to its secure and immutable nature with many apps using its protocol.
Joseph Parker
blown away by this post, I've been writing it off for ages
Nathaniel Morris
Minnow with low $100k here. 40% NEBL (early buyer) 35% ZIL 25% STRAT And 1% spread out on UFR, WindingTree, and some XBL that's not worth the ETH to sell.
I'm trying to increase my ZIL position, hoping STRAT or NEBL moon first, so I can dump those returns into ZIL. I do think both are decent long - term holds, but ZIL will be huge, so its the better investment.
Luis Baker
>but ZIL will be huge I definitely agree with this, slowly accumulating
Carter Taylor
Bittrex screenshot here, only long-term holds (I only sell when there is a huge pump for a shitty/ no reason to buy back later). What should I do with my BTC ? I was thinking of buying ~2K NEO on binance to generate some passive income with GAS (bittrex doesn't distribute GAS to NEO holders).
at this point its make or break. x100 - x1000 chances should it pick up in bull run
Mason Lee
$150K NEO GAS ONT ELA RDN CND AION BTC
and WGR because life is suffer
Hunter Brooks
$800k HOT, WTC, IOTX, MORPH
Lincoln Gray
>and WGR because life is suffer oh my sweet summer child
Liam Wilson
yea, I got in at the ico with my early eth profits and have been following on and off for almost a year. Its been a complete shitshow but I made enough gains elsewhere that i decided to just ride it out to the bitter end. you know, just in case. They are apparently in public testnet now. I dont need WGR to set the world on fire but i figure if they are still running during the next bull it will turn a good profit
If you need a good low cap asset check out Wysker. German made with a powerful philosophy of user rights behind it, none of that China hustle bullshit. Volume is nearly non-existant because everyone is just holding, though.
75% Wys 25% Tether
Andrew Peterson
Shill it to me. Tech, hype, everything. Give me the works.

It's a discovery shopping app that will be released mid August. Basically Instagram, Snapchat and Amazon rolled into one. The idea behind it is that as you use the app, you build metadata that retailers can use to market things towards you, but at a price because everyone should have rights to their data. The ad platform is set to be released in q1 2019 which should bring big companies market buying way through the app with fiat. This is literally the gateway to norms that could save crypto but biz does not want to accept it. I'm not one for buying useless material things but I see profit when I see profit that's why I've been holding these bags throughout this stagnant market.
Brandon Mitchell
Seems like a bit of a long shot, like BAT but even more of a stretch. Definitely a visionary's speculative position for sure
Leo Turner
Oh and it's literally going to be FEATURED in the Apple app store which will bring a fuckton of teenagers and women downloading the app to buy frivolous shit
Wyatt Jenkins
BAT is no where close to wysker imo, wysker has the catchy name and logo that will reel people in without even realizing they're using crypto
Brody Watson
I suppose to me it's about the practicality of each project and the likelihood of adoption. A cool logo and a normie-friendly app only goes so far--we may be in for the long haul and something like BAT can reach the nerds a lot easier than something like Wysker might reach the normies desu
Leo Martin
Hate to say it, but how is this anything than just another generic app with crypto bolted on top? Is there a need for this? Does it solve any existing problems?
David White
No arguments here brother. I'm not one for shilling so I'll stop here and do something else for now. I actually read the full whitepaper which assured me I should be holding this. It's probably the only project with a goal and philosophy I can subscribe to. Good luck my friend
Easton Brown
>No arguments here brother Just looking for some healthy back and forth
Aaron Lee
No arguments as in yes I agree the nerds may flock to bat before something like wys. I have things to attend to before dinner, think about it my fellow minnow. I wouldn't be a part of this sea were it not for you folks here.
