I found out the other day that Australian doesn't have the right to freedom of expression in its constitution, it's only a party to International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) and at it's choosing, the Aus gov can restrict free speech and reject freedom of assembly authoritarian style and no one can do shit about it.
