Guys, how do i find a gf/future wife for my brother?

He's very shy and has low esteem and i can't figure out how to find a girl that would care for him, he's a very interesting and smart person and talented at that as well (musically mostly), but what the fuck do i do. He's also close to his 30s in couple of years, i mean, he can't live with our mom forever.
I have gfs here and there, but lately don't have one either but i don't care about that, i'm still young.

If you say he's tall and handsome there's the possibility some will like him, and you can always try talking about him to these girls and if no girl shows interest in him you leave it that way, but if some girl shows interest you talk to your brother about it, unless he's gay he probably wants to have sex with women so if you make it very easy for him he may take the chance.
