i dont remember the exact age, but while the brain is developing, children cant comprehend others can think, their entire worldview is that everyone shares the same opinions and knowledge, kind of like a all-knowing third person perspective. Like if you were watching a movie, you would know what everyone in the movie thinks. therefore
