I just took a cold shower, very comfy. Not by choice but just because we have no heated water. It might give you a temporary headache to put your head under the bathtub faucet as it runs cold water, but it goes away fast and you feel really warm and comfy when you go back to bed.

But how would you notice, if you don't take cold showers regularly? The coldest temperature you can get is definitely depends on the season of the year. In summer water can be perceived as very cold too, but only if you haven't built the tolerance yet

I like cold showers in warm humid climates. My ideal life vision would be to live in a place like Taiwan and have a small business where I sell a simple product or service that tourists and locals can use (like a ferry between islands, a surf school, or pina colada bar) and then lay out at the beach all day and work for myself and take cold showers and let the sun dry me.

Oh, i thought you're the OP who took a cold shower because he had no other choice. Well, maybe you don't feel the difference becuase the change is very gradual. At winter pipes are getting colder and water systems often store water in elevated tanks that are exposed to the wind
