We had thousands of Swedish fans in my town during World Cup. There was a higher % of blond men than among Russians, but not by much. Also, all fans from Sweden were white, I didn't see a single brown person like from other European countries

I had noticed it too. I have been to both Germany and Sweden and many blondes i saw there had dark roots about them. Meaning these nations are far less blonde than we think. As to why they do this, I dont know. It makes them all look the same.
