I guess it has to be some kind of stir fry, since I've been eating it several times a week lately. Easy and fast to cook, the ingredients are cheap and healthy since it's just meat and various vegetables, and it tastes great

Salmorejo is very easy. You just have to blend tomatoes, garlic, oil and the center part of the bread (the soft part). Top it with hard boiled egg and ham.

It has a lot of things. Once it's cooked, the broth is used to make "sopa de fideos" (noodle soup), and the other ingredients are served as a second course. It has pork, chorizo, morcilla (blood sausage), chicken, lard... and of course, chickpeas.
