Happiness rankings don't mean anything.
t.
I am pretty happy though.
Doubt
Happier than you
People in India are getting more and more depressed because they thought they were going to be a superpower by 2020, and Indian sadness directly fuels Paki happiness.
>tfw you will never be as happy as your countrymen
More education and more jobs leads to more sadness. We should have stayed in farms.
India currently has the most unemployment it has had in 45 years, exports are decreasing
Becoming a superpower makes you sad.
What? Holy shit! This has got to be some kind of a statistical anomaly.
How have I not heard of this before?

We didn't mean to be mean ;__;
It's ok, if I had bob and vagena, I'd show them to you.
Wait lower means better in this case? What happened to Pakistan to make it go from 80 to 67?
what do you think?
No idea why you're surprised the average paki has a better life than the average poo
kino theory
When did it become 2020? I could have sworn that a little while ago it was 2030
It used to be 2020 but it was post-poned to 2030
Government subsidized farming is the source of all sadness and missery in India.
The first generation of subsidized farmers could afford to get all their kids married. This led to a baby boom among the most backward and poorest Indians. India is still suffering from this.
The second generation of subsidized Indian farmers could afford to continue to use old and inefficient farming techniques during a time when the rest of the world was modernizing and automating farming.
The third generation of Indian farmers will be the last generation. The government subsidies are no longer enough and modern corporate farming has become so efficient and cheap there is no longer need for many farmers. Basically the need for 2/3rds of the Indian population has disappeared in less than a generation.
In other countries the former farmers would have moved to blue collar jobs like manufacturing but Indian politicians are too protectionist and corrupt.
What percentage of total indian population is farmers or their dependents?
Approx. 50% of the population is in the agricultural sector and it is only worth around 11% of the gdp
