Why are Asians so thin and healthy?
Why are Asians so thin and healthy?
We are insects in human form. Can’t move like insects if we are fat
>thin and healthy
Why's the rest of the world so fat and unhealthy?
Healthy diet
Fat shaming(fatso are look down by Asians)
Hungarian cuisine full of fat and carbs. We had a lot less access to those foods, but nowadays we have plenty. Also our lifestyle changed.
They can't afford real good, Japanese and Koreans have to eat dogs, raw fish etc
I wanna eat the raw fish as much as I want, it's like a 30 dollar for a single portion
France and Denmark are so similar ~~
Asians do not eat carbs. Since America introduced rice there, they are getting grain bellies as well, though.
Asians eat a carb with like every meal wtf
Calories in > calories out is what makes you fat.
As a fit guy in a fit family. It's fucking gross to see how many people couldn't care less about what they take to their mouths.
Plus people here get offended when you tell them they're fat. Some of them even complain about companies not hiring them due to their obesity.
>Since America introduced rice there
What the actual fuck are you saying
Being fat is great
How does it feel to be fatter than the nips?
shut the fuck up you stupid fucking fat fuck
>Being fat is great

>he still posts the shitty chart where almost all countries at the bottom are self-reported
Gonna venture a guess that it's a mix of cultural factors and infrastructural realities. Here in the United States, at least, it's incredibly easy to avoid any variety of physical activity. When I took a break from university to earn, I didn't have the option of walking, cycling or taking the bus to my office--I could only drive.
And, like most places in States, my office had a parking lot. Some days, especially in winter, I'd walk fewer than 1,000 steps per day. If I didn't go to the gym, I'd spend almost every day sitting: in my car, at the computer, or in front a television set at home.
Combine that with the ease of acquiring incredibly unhealthy foods and you have a recipe for widespread obesity. Outside of a few major metropolitan areas--Chicago, New York, San Francisco--most Americans are in similar situations. Many enjoy being able to drive everywhere. For decades, our urban planners and city councils have emphasized unwalkable, automobile-dominated infrastructures. In the 1970s, some 60% of American kids walked to school; in 2006, that percentage was down to about 10.
Typical layouts of mall, strip malls and commercial districts accentuate parking space and multi-lane roads. Since many of these ares are segregated and/or designated as commercial-use only zones, they're not within walking distance from residential communities. Consequently, driving is almost necessary to get just about anywhere. And because you're going to drive to the supermarket, planners don't bother installing sidewalks to connect various outlets to one another: if you want to walk across the road from Best Buy to Wal-Mart, there's a good chance there won't be a sidewalk, traffic signal or crosswalk for a couple miles.
In essence, our society is designed to produce fat fucks and enable fat fucks to continue being fat fucks.
They love white rice so much that it gives them diabetes. A big problem in China
Even their fatties are healthy.
Thin doesn't equal healthy. There's excess drinking and smoking here. Spicy foods means high stomach cancer rates. And obesity is growing as a problem. Also mental stress means high suicide rate. The air is also terrible and killing people.
Seaweed and seafood in general are healthy so just eat more of that. And more tea.
