That's really dumb and it's often misinterpreted information. The thing is the genes that allow whites and nonwhites to drink milk are completely different and evolved separately. Some of them are actually really recent like the ones in africans. Regardless, any "lactose intolerant" person can develop immunity if they drink milk long enough.

Low fat milk isnt really a thing around here. Some shops sell it but only in small packages (500ml) and its almost twice as expensive as 2.5%. Low fat milk is an american thing, just like decaf coffee and cheese that actually isnt cheese. Around here its either 2.5%, 3.5% or 4% for general milk. Full organic milk is 5%
